Returns & Replacements
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to our handling agent within 14 days of receipt.

To return any products to us, please:

When returning your purchase you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting and insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges.
Ordering

Most products are usually delivered in 3-5 working days within Europe and between 7-10 working days outside Europe. Occasionally due to postal or custom clearance delays they can take longer. We have to allow up to 14 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you until this time has expired. Please Contact Us if you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help to retrieve your goods. We apologise for any delay.
